Your First Launch

Step 1 — Add an Account

On the home screen, tap the account icon (top right) or the Add Account button.

Microsoft / Premium Account

1. Tap Microsoft Login.
2. A browser window will open. Sign in with your Microsoft account linked to Minecraft.
3. Authorize Copper Launcher.
4. Your account will appear in the launcher.

Local / Offline Account

1. Tap Local Account.
2. Enter a username of your choice.
3. Tap Confirm.

Step 2 — Select a Minecraft Version

1. Tap the version selector on the home screen.
2. Browse or search for the version you want.
3. Tap the version to select it.

Step 3 — Download and Launch

1. Tap Play (or Download if the version isn't installed yet).
2. Wait for Copper Launcher to download the game files.
3. The game will launch automatically once downloaded.

• Mods: Want mods? See Installing Mods.
• Controls: Customize them in Custom Controls.
