Installing Modpacks
Method 1 — Modrinth Modpacks
- Browse Modrinth Modpacks and download the
.mrpackfile. - In Copper Launcher, go to Mod Installer → Import Modpack.
- Select the
.mrpackfile. - Wait for Copper Launcher to install all mods and dependencies automatically.
Method 2 — CurseForge Modpacks
- Download a CurseForge modpack ZIP.
- In Copper Launcher, go to Mod Installer → Import Modpack.
- Select the CurseForge
.zipfile.
Some CurseForge modpacks require downloading mods manually due to distribution restrictions. Copper Launcher will notify you if any mods need manual download.
Tips for Running Modpacks on Mobile
- RAM: Allocate at least 2–4GB if your device allows.
- Performance: Install Sodium or use the built-in performance mods.
- Heat: Enable Sustained Performance mode in launcher settings.
- Storage: Modpacks can use several gigabytes — ensure you have enough free space.
